Since no-one actually seems to have a clue:

Han: 1 han = 5 power

Forts: lvl 1 fort = 250
lvl 2 Fort = 1000
lvl 3 fort = 2225
lvl 4 fort = 4000

Units: Each level = 100 power (lvl 1 = 100, lvl 5 = 500, lvl 11 = 1100)

Weapons: Bows = 100
Pikes = 200
Spears = 300
Swords = 400

Armour: Leather = 100
Chainmail = 200
Full plate = *Assumed* 400
Aura Mail = 400

Gold: 2000 coins = 1 power.

Taking me as an example:

Roland Of Gilead: Power = 27048

I have 1168 han, Four lvl 4 forts, 8 units of archers (7 lvl 1, 1 lvl 5) with bows and aura mail and XXXX coins.

So, from this we can work out:

1168*5 (Han)
4000*4 (Forts)
100*7 (Lvl 1 Archers)
500*1 (Lvl 5 Archers)
100*8 (Bows)
400*8 (Aura Mail)

Which tallies up to 27040.

This means I have gold valued at 8 power ergo the amount of gold I have is 15000< X < 17000. This is because it rounds the gold for power calculations.
Therefore were I to have less than 15000 coins, it's do power at the 14000 value and I'd be 27047 and were I to have more than 17000 it'd go up and I'd be 27049.

Sure enough, I have 15100 coins in the coffers

A final note - remember that there will be some slight discrepancies between the actual gold and the amount you raid due to raids only taking around 90% of their treasury. Obviously, the larger their bank balance, the larger the discrepancy.

Level 1 forts are only 250 power, not 500(did the research just now).

The % you take varies every time. I just did a raid and took only 84% of their treasury. It was a 200k raid, so one or two gold wouldn't throw off the % enough for it to matter.

Change that if you'd like.

Bah. You're a bastard. I actually had to go and check out everything I'd written by actually training a spy.

But I was wrong on both lvl 1 and lvl 3 forts.

Effectively four forts goes 1000 power, 4000 power, 9000 power, 16000 power (+3000,+5000,+7000) with each level.

I'd imagine that the the rate is random between 80% and 90% of the treasury, so I'm not entirely sure what to put for that. As it stands, I changed it to around 90%.
